Participants must attend the entire 8-hour session to receive a Home Stretch completion certificate.
Home Stretch covers the following topics:
- Becoming a Homeowner
- Money Management
- Credit
- Mortgage Loan
- Real Estate 101
- Loan Closing
- Life as a Homeowner
All participants will receive a Home Stretch manual and other helpful resources. Coffee, water, and lunch will be provided.
A registration fee of $25 per household will be collected at the beginning of the class. Scholarships are available.
