Participants must attend the entire 8-hour session to receive a completion certificate.
Realizing the American Dream covers the following topics:
- Are You Ready to Buy a Home?
- Managing Your Money
- Understanding Credit
- Obtaining a Mortgage Loan
- Shopping for a Home
- Protecting Your Investment
All participants will receive a Realizing the American Dream manual and other helpful resources. Coffee, water, and lunch will be provided.
A registration fee of $25 per household will be collected at the beginning of the class. Scholarships are available.
