Training and compliance standards are rigorous for HUD Housing Counseling and Volunteer Income Tax Assistance providers such as WEII. To help meet these obligations, the WEII community services team both led and participated in educational sessions at conferences offered by Oweesta, a national
intermediary serving Native Community Development Financial Institutions.
